The entrance to the apartment is a small courtyard with storage area with steps up to the front door. The apartment then has two aspects, one balcony overlooks the centre square of this attactive market town in the North Dordogne, the other balcony overlooks one of the oldest medieval streets in Nontron, leading up to the church.

The shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance, including the excellent and well known Hotel Pelisson just across the square. The market is held every Saturday morning with wonderful stalls of fresh produce.

The apartment has been completely updated throughout, with new gas central heating, plumbing and electrics.

We are selling the apartment through agents, but if you come directly to us via this website, we are asking 120,000 Euros.
